Collections Populate Help

Description (General):

A Collection is a group of Notions, and can only contain Notions that you have created.

A Collection can be shared in the same way that you would share an individual Notion.

  • Select Populate to add/remove Notions within a Collection.

Note:

  • See Create page for Help on populating a Collection.

Select a Collection Title from the Collections drop-down menu, shown above.

  • To add a Notion to the selected Collection: In the Notions list, select to the right of the Notion Title. Note: If you wish to search for a Notion, enter text in the Search field at the top of the Notions list. Selected Notions appear in the Notions in Collections list.
  • To remove a Notion from the Collection: In the Notions in Collections list, select to the right of the Notion Title.
